The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) are beginning a targeted public awareness campaign designed to help certain Texans take advantage of the new federal drug prescription benefit, Medicare Rx. HHSC and DSHS also have developed a website designed to provide clients with more information specific to their current situation and the transition to Medicare Rx.
